The Career Growth Group is a community of like-minded people, a safe space to discuss career development topics and find solutions that work for you. Here you can talk about your success, share a problem, come for advice, and be inspired to take new actions.
What you get
You receive best practices, frameworks, and customized tools for career growth. You get support: We meet online every other week for group discussions. In between, you work in mini-groups and with a buddy. You can also get up to three mentoring sessions with me.
What you work on
The program includes but is not limited to the following topics: career strategy, networking, self-promotion and demonstrating value, effective team communication, receiving and giving feedback.
How long you are in
The initial program is for 3 months. There is an option to extend.
