You build courses. They just get clicked through.
You build differently now, with AI helping. And you still hit the same wall: the courses aren’t effective, and almost nothing changes in how people behave.
Human centric · AI powered
SkillHack is your full-cycle learning partner: diagnosis, design, build and measurement. For teams that want to change the way they work.
Sound familiar?
You build differently now, with AI helping. And you still hit the same wall: the courses aren’t effective, and almost nothing changes in how people behave.
Online courses, lunch-and-learn sessions, expensive workshops by external trainers. People clicked. They exchanged opinions. The trainer kept the energy up in the room. A few weeks later, the work is still done exactly the way it was.
Licences, tokens, thousands of euros a month for automation. Your team uses it to look things up and to draft reports full of AI words.
Your LinkedIn feed is full of automation success stories and AI transformation. You are still looking for the “best” prompt-engineering course, and you don’t have an answer to what your team has built.
Services
First, we get to know your context and your goals, and then we offer solutions tailored for your company and the people you need competent.
How we work
We meet you where you are: understand the business context and identify the constraints.
We define the metrics and design the learning solution: structure, sequencing, and the story it needs to tell.
We plan every hands-on activity in detail and build human-centric experiences, all connected to performance metrics.
We support you in measuring the right outcomes and adjusting throughout the testing cycle.
About
We use AI. We teach how to use AI. But we design for humans, and we want them doing their own deep thinking.
Our solutions go beyond online courses and instructor-led workshops. We put the emphasis on real-life experience, hands-on practice and peer-to-peer learning.
We help you invest in people, not tools, and track ROI-related outcomes rather than course completion rates.
Ekaterina Golubina
Founder
I specialize in building learning ecosystems that accelerate capability, strengthen performance, and fuel organizational growth. I’ve been working with corporate (Meta), growing business, digital learning providers, and non-profits. So I know how to create learning solutions that suit your organization’s culture, context and constraints. I am a big fan of AI enablement, but I design for people and with their needs in mind.
Questions
Yes. Most of the teams we design for are spread across time zones and cultures, which is the design problem we are best at. We work asynchronously by default, and we design programs that do not fall apart when half the cohort is asleep.
Both. We can hand over production-ready curriculum, scripts and storyboards for your own team to build, or take a program from first conversation through to something your people are using.
Yes, and often you should. A pre-diagnostic survey across the team, one workshop, or an AI enablement roadmap with three or four quick wins are all sensible first steps. They also tell us whether a bigger program is worth building at all.
We design around hands-on practice and peer-to-peer learning, tied to your performance metrics from the first conversation. We also check the conditions around the training: whether people are allowed to make mistakes, whether questions have somewhere to go. Without those, no program changes behaviour, and we would rather tell you that early than take the budget.
Two ways. As a service: we build AI enablement roadmaps and the training that goes with them. And in our own process, where it speeds up production without touching the judgment that decides what a learner should do and in what order.
A mix of Bigtech business education teams, digital agencies across edtech, and non-profits. So we move comfortably between highly structured environments and scrappier, faster-moving ones.
