My story

At the age of 8, I liked to use a piece of plywood on the balcony at home as a blackboard. I imagined myself as a teacher and taught my younger sister to read and write.

Despite my attempts to become a lawyer, I later returned to education and earned a Master’s degree in Adult Education in Germany. As a result, I have been working in the sphere of corporate education for over 15 years now. I have developed training concepts, group training, individual online courses and much more.

I don’t teach, but help with professional development and finding a career path. I love to be involved in the small transformations of others on their way to achieving big goals. That is my great mission.

I have to admit that in my career development I have often acted on instinct. But after living in five countries and working in a variety of organizations, I realized that career advancement – like any other development path – requires a clear understanding of your goals. After testing many frameworks, I have developed my own career development methodology. Now I help others cut corners on the path to professional success and personal effectiveness.

THE MAIN ELEMENTS OF MY METHODOLOGY:

Personal Brand

Knowing your value and being able to assert yourself is key to career advancement. This is not about bragging or arrogance. It’s about professionalism, self-advocacy, and alignment with your team and your manager.

Effective Communication

The ability to express ideas clearly and persuasively, to listen and understand others, and to find ways around communication barriers will help you achieve your goals and position yourself as a leader.

Extended Network

Meeting new people and staying connected is the key to success. People are hired by people and promoted by people. Therefore, making connections will help you get new career opportunities.

Career Bootcamp

Real development happens in a team. That’s why I’m starting a support group to work together on career development!
